  • I'd like to pick something up in a store.
    — No problem! Please allow an average of 1-2 business days to process pick up orders, in addition to the 3-14 days processing time on custom or framed items. You will receive an email to confirm that your order is ready to be picked up. We are currently only offering pick-up for online orders at our 2958 N Clark ST location in Lakeview, however, we can hold items at any of our locations for up to 24 hours. Not all items are sold in all stores. If you need something right away, please call the desired location to make sure it's available. 

  • I saw something on your Instagram/in your shop window that I’d like to order.
    — We are not offering custom shipping at this time, but let us know what you're looking for and we can direct you to the right location for pick-up. 

  • I need to return something I bought online.
    — You can find information on our return policy here.

  • I have a question about shipping.
    — You can find shipping information here. If you don’t see an answer to your question feel free to email customerservice@foursided.com.

  • I have a Gift Card and I want to use it online.
    — Please call us at 773-244-6431 or email us at customerservice@foursided.com for assistance.
  • I'd like something different on my custom flashcard than pictured.
    — For custom flashcards that vary other than the options provided, please email your ideas to us directly at customerservice@foursided.com to find out if the option you'd like is possible. Please note there is an additional $5 fee per custom image. 

  • I'd like to order custom framing.
    — Framing consultations are available at our two frame shops, located in Andersonville and Lakeview. Please see our store locations page to make an appointment.
